Welcome to Alok Anupam Swami and Malavé Do Health Center. I offer an Ayurvedic massage called Mardana, a full body massage with warm herbal oil.
The focus in Ayurvedic massage is on releasing tensions, removing toxins from tissues and to help deep relaxation. It strengthens the natural healing system of the body and has an effect on both body and mind. It is vitalizing, strengthning and rejuvinating.
